Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping destinations.
Lost or Damaged Packages Dilated Mycology is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dilatedmycology@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
